This is a foundational hire as part of our pilot batch, which means you’ll play a key role in defining the creative voice of our agency.We're looking for someone who lives for aesthetics, understands social trends, and can turn briefs into high-performing content across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.Key Responsibilities- Design social media creatives (posts, carousels, stories, ad banners) - Edit short-form videos for Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ads - Work on branding projects (logos, identity kits, guidelines) - Collaborate with the content and ads team to create engaging visual assets - Maintain brand consistency while customizing designs for each client - Stay updated with current design and video trends in digital marketingMust-Have Skills- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva - Strong video editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools - Understanding of social media formats and dimensions (especially vertical video) - Good sense of typography, layout, and visual storytelling - Portfolio of design + video editing work (required for shortlisting)Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory but Preferred)- Basic animation/motion graphics - Experience with meme marketing or viral short-form content - UI/UX design basics (Figma or Adobe XD) - Experience working with influencers or creators
