Position: Consultant - ECM

Location: Chennai

Reporting to: Associate Director – ECM

Job Summary:

Technical Lead for ECM is expected to support implementation of OpenText AppWorks solution (earlier called Process Suite/Cordys), including production support, enhancements and project related work.

Job Description:

• Work with business resources to understand needs, elicit document requirements and coordinate with functional and technical teams for solution design.
• Understand technical architecture and use of the Open Text stack: App Works, Capture center, Content Suite and ihub
• Provide assessment of solution options with associated business and technology impact, along with estimates for delivery
• Perform testing of solutions, including preparation of test scenarios and scripts
• Log issues and maintain status in designated ticket tracking tool
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and drive to completion.

Profile Description:

• BE / BTech / MCA with 2-4 years of experience in Open Text & nbsp; Appworks platform Experience in coordinating with Business, nbsp and implementation partner teams
• Minimum 2 years of experience on OpenText Appworks platform tools and processes and hands-on experience in implementing E2E of the OpenText products for two implementations
• Must have experience in preparing the HLD, LLD design documents
• Should have good understanding of design principles, database architecture
• Experience in coordinating with business and implementation partner teams
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
