Key Responsibilities :
- Execute manual test cases for Salesforce applications and validate user workflows.
- Develop test scenarios based on functional specifications and business requirements.
- Log, track, and verify defects using tools such as JIRA.
- Work closely with development and product teams to ensure defect resolution.
- Participate in test planning, estimation, and test case reviews.
- Ensure quality standards and best practices are consistently followed.
Required Skills :
- 5+ years of experience in manual QA testing with a focus on Salesforce applications.
- Hands-on experience in writing test cases and managing test execution.
- Strong knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.
- Good understanding of QA processes and software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Requirements :
- Must be willing to work from the office (Hyderabad) five days a week.
- Candidates with short notice or immediate availability are preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, especially for QA Lead roles
