Tech Rajendra, a CMMI-Level 3 certified company, is a pioneer in providing cutting-edge IT solutions, management consulting, and advanced technological services. We are looking for a highly motivated DevOps Engineer with solid Linux experience, particularly in Ubuntu, to join our team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize infrastructure in a DevOps environment, focusing on automation, configuration management, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux-based systems, with a strong emphasis on Ubuntu and other Linux distributions.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve scripts for automation tasks (e.g., shell scripts, Python, Ansible, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions for our clients.
  • Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement security best practices.
  • Perform system upgrades, patching, and regular maintenance to ensure high availability.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to continually enhance the DevOps practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps and Linux administration, particularly with Ubuntu.
  • Strong proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or similar.
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git, SVN).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related tools.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams on complex infrastructure challenges.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with automation and configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet).
  • Familiarity with networking, firewalls, and security best practices.
  • Certification in Linux is a plus (RHCSA, RHCE, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) is a plus.
