Job Description :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Product Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and assist in the development and management of product strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define business requirements and objectives.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.

- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and designers to ensure the successful implementation of product features.


- Assist in prioritizing product features and managing product backlogs.

- Monitor and report on product performance, using data to inform decisions and improvements.

- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and work to implement solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.

- Prepare documentation, including business process models, workflows, and use cases.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.


- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, particularly Agile methodologies.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including user stories, business process models, and functional specifications.

- Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Knowledge of market research, competitive analysis, and product strategy development.

- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
