Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Amazon SEO & Listing Management to lead our efforts in optimizing product listings, driving organic traffic, and increasing sales on Amazon. This role demands in-depth expertise in Amazon SEO fundamentals, listing optimization, and proficiency with leading tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and AMZ Tracker. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams within an Amazon agency environment and driving growth through data-driven strategies.
- Listing Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end management of product listings, ensuring they are fully optimized for discoverability and conversions. This includes crafting and refining product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and search terms.
- Amazon SEO Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive Amazon SEO strategies to improve product ranking and visibility. Utilize keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing to enhance listing performance.
- Tool Expertise: Utilize industry-leading tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, AMZ Tracker, and Seller Labs to optimize listings, track keyword rankings, and identify growth opportunities.
- AI Integration: Leverage emerging AI technologies, including Amazon’s AI tools like Rufus and Cosmo, to enhance listing quality and optimize product discoverability and customer engagement.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all listings comply with Amazon’s policies, avoiding compliance issues while adhering to Amazon’s best practices for SEO and listing content.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze performance metrics (click-through rates, conversion rates, organic ranking) to identify trends and generate actionable insights. Make data-driven decisions to continuously improve the performance of listings.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO specialists. Drive a culture of accountability, creativity, and results, ensuring team members stay updated on industry trends and Amazon's evolving platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, designers, and data analysts to ensure that SEO strategies align with broader marketing and branding goals. Collaborate with PPC teams to integrate SEO efforts with paid campaigns.
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Amazon SEO, listing optimization, and marketplace management, with at least 1 year in an Amazon agency or similar setting.
- Tool Proficiency: Strong expertise in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, AMZ Tracker, Seller Labs, and Keepa to drive listing optimization and track performance metrics.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of backend search terms, keyword research, and the use of analytics tools to drive SEO performance.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a high-performing team. Strong organizational and project management skills are essential.
- Analytical Mindset: Deep understanding of performance metrics and analytics to identify opportunities and challenges in SEO performance.
