Role Overview

We are seeking a Tosca Administrator with extensive hands-on experience to manage and troubleshoot our Tosca automation environment. This role involves day-to-day operations, integrations, and server maintenance, with a focus on optimizing and supporting test automation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Support: Troubleshoot complex Tosca issues, performing root cause analysis and resolving customer issues.
• Operations Management: Handle DEX integration, repository creation, user access, and general Tosca operations.
• Server Maintenance: Manage Windows server tasks such as SSL certificate renewals and ensure stable Tosca environments.
• Tosca Automation: Support Tosca development and execution, adhering to both GxP and Non-GxP testing standards.

Requirements

• Experience: 8–10 years of hands-on experience with Tosca, including automation and troubleshooting.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of DEX integration and Windows server operations.
• Proficient in Tosca test case creation, execution, and user access management.
• Process Knowledge: Familiarity with GxP & Non-GxP compliance in automation.
