We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with strong expertise in the SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) suite, specifically in the Application Portfolio Management (APM) or Enterprise Architecture (EA) modules. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and a proven track record of implementing scalable and strategic ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions with a focus on APM or EA modules.

- Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to align IT portfolios with business strategies.

- Define solution architecture, integration design, and data models within the ServiceNow platform.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Provide architectural oversight and ensure adherence to ServiceNow and industry best practices.

- Support development teams and guide implementation throughout the project lifecycle.

- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to drive solution adoption.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 1015 years of overall IT experience, with 35 years in ServiceNow architecture roles.

- Proven hands-on experience in the SPM suite, particularly in APM or EA modules.

- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and IT portfolio management.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities scripting, data modeling, workflows, and integrations.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CIS APM, SPM, or Certified Technical Architect) are preferred.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Masters degree is a plus.

- Relevant ServiceNow certifications highly desirable.
