Job Title:Senior Designer (Corporate Design, Video Editing & AI Tools Expertise) Location:Madhapur, Hyderabad Experience:3–6 years About Us: Multiplier AI is a fast-growing organization working with global top 20 pharma clients, including Merck, Eli Lilly, Abbott, Cipla, Sun Pharma, Glenmark, and Galderma. Key Responsibilities: Createcorporate-level designsfor presentations, marketing materials, pitch decks, brand assets, and internal/external communications. Conceptualize, design, and deliverhigh-quality visual content across digital, social, and corporate platforms. Edit and produce professional videosfor campaigns, corporate communication, and social media using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing tools. Leverage AI toolsto automate design workflows, enhance creativity, and generate innovative visual concepts. Design for a range of formats—static, motion, and video—aligned with brand guidelines. Collaboratewith marketing, product, and content teams to maintain a strong and consistent brand identity. Optimize video content for YouTubeand other platforms, incorporating YouTube SEO best practices for visibility and engagement. Stay updated oncorporate design trends , AI-based design advancements, and emerging video editing techniques. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–6 years ofexperience in corporate design or creative teams(preferably from agencies, tech firms, or enterprise-level organizations). Proven experience as aDesigner/Video Editorwith a strong understanding of brand-driven corporate visual communication. Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) andAdobe Acrobatis mandatory. Hands-on experience withAI-powered design and video tools(e.g., Runway ML, Midjourney, Kaiber, Pika Labs, etc.). Strong portfolio showcasingcorporate design, video editing, and digital campaigns . Working knowledge ofYouTube SEO , keyword optimization, and video metadata best practices. Excellent visual storytelling skills, creativity, and keen attention to detail.
