As a Product Support Contractors (Aka Customer Support Rep - Level 0) you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional product support and assistance to our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around understanding customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. SurePrep has built a tax automation software for CPA firms. Our solutions are utilized by nearly 25,000 tax professionals at CPA firms large and small, ranging across the spectrum from Big 4 firms to sole practitioners. We need to solve technical and application related problems either through Live Chats, Emails or over the phone. It includes maintaining records of communication, recording issues and escalating it to the next level.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in tax laws, accounting principles, and financial regulations

Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus

Must be a Graduate.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Listen attentively to customer concerns to fully understand and address their queries.

Log and maintain accurate records of customer queries in Zendesk (Support Ticketing System) to ensure follow-through and resolution.

Keep support tickets updated, maintaining a well-documented history of interactions and actions taken.

Escalate issues to the next level of support when necessary, following established protocols to ensure timely resolution.

Adhere to internal support protocols, ensuring consistent and high-quality customer service.

Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey information to customers.

Show flexibility and adaptability to manage varying customer needs and support scenarios effectively.

Apply sound technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve common issues.

Maintain a good typing speed to handle queries efficiently.

Be prepared to work in shifts, ensuring support coverage across different time zones as needed.

Role Description

This is a contract on-site role for a Tax Analyst at www.mindsolutions-inc.com in Mumbai. The Tax Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing tax reports, conducting research on tax laws, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
