Description :

A content developer is responsible for creating, editing, and publishing engaging and informative content for web pages and social media platforms. Job duties include the development and editing of articles, blogs, ad copy, and social media posts. A content developer may also create graphics, visuals and/or use photos to accompany the content and enhance its appeal. They may work on web page layout. The content developer will work closely with the product team and the marketing team.

Responsibilities :

1. Research and write clear, concise, and accurate content.

2. Edit and proofread content for grammar, style, tone, and consistency.

3. Publish and update content on various channels, such as websites, blogs, social media.

4. Create and edit graphics, images, and videos to support the content and illustrate the features and benefits of the software applications.

5. Collaborate with the product team, the marketing team, and the user community to understand the needs and expectations of the target audience and gather feedback on the content.

6. Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and tools in content development and software applications.

7. Contribute to content creation strategy and plan.

8. Analyze performance indicators and web traffic and determining the effectiveness of created content.

9. Create product documentation such as user guides, FAQs for the software application being developed.

Requirements :

1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferable in engineering (IT, computers)

2. Experience: 2-5 years

a. Proven experience as a content developer, technical writer, or a similar role in the software industry, with a portfolio of published work.

3. Experience in writing content for B2B products and understanding of the specific needs and interests of a B2B audience.

4. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and styles.

5. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple and engaging content, with a strong technical background and exposure to software applications.

6. Proficiency in using various content management systems, web publishing tools, and graphic design software, with a flair for creating graphics and visuals to accompany the content.

7. Familiarity with Figma.

8. Knowledge of SEO, HTML, CSS, and web analytics, with the ability to optimize the content for search engines and user experience.

9. Creative and analytical mindset, with attention to detail and quality, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

10. Passion for learning new technologies and software applications and staying abreast of the latest developments and innovations
