We are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP CRM Consultant with expertise in SAP CRM and ABAP programming. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting SAP CRM solutions, working closely with functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality technical solutions that align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- SAP CRM Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom applications within SAP CRM using ABAP programming and CRM frameworks.

- Requirement Analysis and Solution Design: Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand project requirements, providing technical input to design effective CRM solutions.

- Coding and Customization: Develop and customize SAP CRM modules using SAP CRM ABAP to meet specific business needs, including configuring enhancements and modifying standard functionality.

- Debugging and Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the SAP CRM system, ensuring seamless performance and high-quality output.

- Documentation and Best Practices: Maintain technical documentation, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the development lifecycle.

- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with SAP functional teams and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals and improve overall system functionality.

Key Skills Required:

- SAP CRM Expertise: Strong knowledge of SAP CRM architecture, configurations, and modules.

- ABAP Programming Skills: Proficiency in ABAP programming for SAP CRM, including BAdIs, Function Modules, BAPIs, and custom reports.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong debugging skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively in a complex SAP environment.

- Integration Knowledge: Understanding of SAP CRM integration with other SAP and non-SAP modules for seamless data flow.

- Documentation: Experience with creating technical documentation for developed solutions, including process flows, technical specifications, and user Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP CRM with a strong focus on ABAP programming.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in SAP CRM Middleware and data migration processes.

- Understanding of Fiori and UI5 is a plus.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in a team-oriented environment.
