Marketing Communications Lead:

Position Overview:

- CtrlS Datacenters is seeking a dynamic Marketing Communications Lead with 15+ years of experience to drive our brand narrative and marketing initiatives. Experience in the IT industry is highly preferred.

- The Ideal Candidate We're looking for a creative professional who combines exceptional communication skills with strategic thinking and meticulous attention to detail.

- The successful candidate will be self-motivated, highly accountable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment (coffee appreciation is a plus, but not required).

Key Qualifications:

- Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading capabilities

- Creative vision and execution skills (we're talking level creativity)

- Deep understanding of the B2B/technology marketing landscape

- Ability to develop error-free marketing collaterals

- Excellent organizational and project management skills

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) & Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Strategic Communications Leadership

- Develop and execute compelling marketing communications for internal and external campaigns

- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent brand presence across digital platforms, events, and all marketing collaterals

- Create impactful content assets that enhance brand awareness and drive sales enablement (without putting anyone to sleep)

- Content Excellence

- Produce high-quality presentations, reports, brochures, and other marketing materials

- Establish best practices for marketing collateral development

- Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines and meet quality standards

- Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders for collateral briefing, feedback, and revisions

- Coordinate effectively with designers and creative agencies to maintain brand consistency - Conduct regular check-ins with stakeholders to ensure project alignment (and occasional mind-reading)

- Project Execution

- Consistently meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards

- Maintain comprehensive tracking systems for all communication assets

- Provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders
