Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy & Campaign Development
- Design and lead customer-centric creative strategies that enhance brand storytelling, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging digital experiences across websites, social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Translate customer insights, trends, and data into creative concepts that improve conversion rates and retention.
Content Planning & Messaging
- Develop messaging frameworks and content strategies that highlight product benefits, promotions, and lifestyle narratives.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and aesthetics across campaigns while optimizing for different customer segments.
- Support personalization efforts and dynamic content strategies to meet diverse shopper needs.
Collaboration & Execution
- Partner with cross-functional teams—performance marketing, product, design, analytics—to align creative outputs with business objectives.
- Work with external agencies and internal teams to oversee campaign execution, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Provide strategic guidance on creative assets, visuals, storytelling approaches, and customer journeys.
Data-Driven Optimization
- Leverage customer behavior data, A/B testing results, and performance metrics to refine creative strategies and maximize ROI.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and iterate on campaigns to achieve KPIs such as engagement, click-through rates, and sales.
Industry & Trend Expertise
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, digital marketing innovations, customer experience enhancements, and competitor strategies.
- Apply insights from research and analytics to anticipate market shifts and recommend creative adjustments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in creative strategy, content marketing, or brand storytelling, preferably in the e-commerce space.
- Proven experience developing integrated campaigns that boost customer engagement and drive conversions.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior, UX principles, and digital marketing channels.
- Ability to translate data into creative narratives and actionable strategies.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
