The Design Engineer will be responsible for tasks related to design engineering, mechanical engineering, computer-aided design (CAD), electrical engineering, and product design.QualificationsJob Title: Jr. Design EngineerQualification: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (Preferable) or Diploma in MechanicalExperience: 1-3 yearsScope and responsibilities:This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Engineer, located in Pune.1. Preparation of general layout (GA) drawing for process equipment.2. Create BOM for the procurement & fabrication.3. Drawing revision as per manufacturing & customer feedback.4. Create 2D and 3D models of process equipment using CAD tools.5. Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including project managers and manufacturingpersonnel.Requirement:1. Hands on experience with software such as Auto-CAD and Solid edge.2. arrangement (GA) drawing and The ability to create general detailed fabricationdrawing essential.3. Prepares detailed material take-offs on projects based upon drawings, plans andspecifications.4. Good knowledge and hands-on experience of drawing presentation, criticaldimensioning, view presentations and parts list preparation.5. Must have knowledge of manufacturing processes like laser cutting, bending,welding, basic machining.6. Good knowledge and hands-on experience on advance assemblies and layouts withGD&T, surface finishes, welding details and engineering notes7. Working knowledge of SAP system (Better to have).8. Experience in making GA layouts will be an added advantage.9. At least 1+ years of hands-on experience in Solid edge.10. Quick learner and adopt the existing system.
