We are committed to bringing unique and refreshing beers to our customers, and we're seeking a talented Senior Sales Executive to help us expand our reach in the state of Uttar Pradesh.


Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team and take charge of our sales strategy across Uttar Pradesh. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the sales efforts, coordinating with regional teams, and developing strategic plans to grow our market presence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the state of Uttar Pradesh to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring effective communication, goal setting, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, along with recommendations for improvement.
  • Represent Wallop Brewing at industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations related to the alcoholic beverage industry in Uttar Pradesh.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within the alcoholic beverage industry in UP - MUST
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the alcoholic beverage industry, including regulations and market dynamics in Uttar Pradesh.
  • Ability to travel across the state as required.
