We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Specialist to drive sales and market penetration for our Premium Alkaline Water in boxed packaging.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG/Beverage sales and strong expertise in strategic account Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive market growth and

achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory.

- Market Development: Identify and establish new sales channels including modern trade, general trade, HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes), and institutional sales.

- Key Account Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with distributors, retailers, HoReCa partners, and institutional clients to ensure sustainable business growth.

- Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to design and implement effective counter-strategies.

- Compliance & Customer Satisfaction: Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and high customer service Candidate Profile:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- 3-5 years of sales experience in FMCG, Beverage, or Packaged Water industries.

- Proven network and relationships within retail, HoReCa, and institutional channels.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
