RBL Bank is hiring Area Sales Manager for Credit cards - Co-Brand channel in Bangalore Location.
Candidates should have Min 5 Yrs of cards sales Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve new credit card account volume targets for your assigned territory in Bangalore.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of NFTEs.
- This includes recruitment, on-boarding, coaching, and performance management.
- Analyze market trends and identify business opportunities in the open market retail and point-of-sale segments.
- Collaborate with your team to create and execute effective sales strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
- Build strong and long-lasting relationships with co-branded partners to drive co-branded credit card sales.
- Regularly monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and submit reports to track progress towards Minimum 5 years of experience in credit card sales, preferably in the co-brand channel.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving ambitious goals.
- Strong leadership skills with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience managing a team of 30-40 people.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
