Role Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP Finance professional to join the SAP Labs Demo Build team. This role will focus on documenting demo build processes, configurations, and business scenarios for SAP Finance solutions. The goal is to create a structured and reusable knowledge base that enables internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality demos to customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities :

- Document end-to-end Finance demo scenarios in the FI/CO area, focusing on Document and Reporting Compliance and Tax using tools like Saleo.

- Prepare step-by-step offline demo captures, storyboards, and scenario flows for customer-facing demos.

- Build user-friendly documentation to support internal knowledge transfer.

- Collaborate with Finance solution experts, industry teams, and demo architects to translate technical builds into structured documentation.

- Maintain a central repository for demo documentation with proper version control and reusability across projects.

- Support enablement sessions by preparing training materials and playbooks for presales and field teams.

Required Skills & Experience :


- Strong knowledge of SAP Finance modules (FI/CO, GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting).

- Familiarity with S/4HANA Finance innovations.

- Experience in demo scripting or scenario design (highly desirable).

- Excellent documentation skills ability to create structured, visual, and narrative-driven demo assets.

- Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools : Confluence, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Visio, SAP Enable Now, Saleo (preferred).

- Strong communication skills to work across global demo teams.

- Knowledge of European Taxation processes (mandatory).
