Job Title : Test Lead / QA Lead.Experience : 6- 10 Years.Location : Hyderabad (On-site / Hybrid).Employment Type : Full-time.About Divami Design Labs :At Divami, we bring together design, technology, and empathy to craft digital experiences that delight users and drive business results.Our work spans enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, consumer apps, and IoT products with a deep focus on usability, performance, and reliability.We are looking for a Test Lead / QA Lead who shares our passion for quality and detail, and who can champion the end-to-end testing process to ensure our products not only function flawlessly but also deliver an exceptional user experience.Role Overview :As a QA Lead at Divami, you will lead a talented QA team and own the quality strategy across multiple projects.Youll collaborate closely with our designers, developers, and product owners to build scalable testing frameworks, optimize QA processes, and ensure every release meets our high UX and performance standards.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the QA function across multiple UI/UX-driven web and mobile application projects.- Define and implement testing strategies functional, regression, automation, performance, and usability aligned with product goals.- Review design and technical documents to ensure test coverage across all user flows.- Develop, maintain, and execute both manual and automated test cases for responsive web and mobile platforms.- Work closely with designers and developers to identify and resolve usability and functional issues early in the cycle.- Establish and maintain QA processes, tools, and documentation standards.- Drive continuous improvement through QA metrics, retrospectives, and process optimization.- Mentor and guide QA engineers to enhance their testing, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Contribute to cross-functional reviews and ensure pixel-perfect, bug-free, and high-performance product deliveries.Requirements Skills & Experience :- 6- 10 years of professional experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a project leadership role.- Strong understanding of UI/UX testing, usability validation, and responsive design principles.- Hands-on experience in manual and automation testing for web and mobile applications.- Solid knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and CI/CD processes.- Experience with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Postman, JIRA, and TestRail (or similar).- Good scripting knowledge in JavaScript / Python / Typescript for automation.- Familiar with conducting and analyzing results for performance testing & performance, and accessibility testing.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an eye for design and user experience.Must Have :- Experience testing design-heavy applications or front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).- Hands-on experience with JMeter to conduct performance testing of web applications.- Understanding of cross-browser and cross-device testing challenges.- Awareness of UX principles, accessibility guidelines, and user behavior patterns.- Exposure to IoT-based platforms or data-driven applications is a plus.Benefits :Why Join Divami :- Be part of a design-first culture where aesthetics meet performance.- Work on diverse and innovative digital products for global clients.- Collaborate with passionate designers, developers, and product experts.- Freedom to innovate, experiment, and define quality standards.- A flat, open culture that values creativity, empathy, and continuous learning.
