As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our systems and services. You will work closely with our engineering and operations teams to design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure. Your role will also involve automating processes, improving system performance, and implementing best practices for monitoring and incident response.

- Design, implement, and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

- Ability/Experience with designing and managing large scale complex cloud based infrastructure and applications hosted on them

- Develop and improve observability tools and methodology (e.g. logging, metrics, tracing) for highly available services.

- Designing and delivering cloud-native infrastructure solutions on top of Public Cloud or similar private cloud.

- Automate repetitive tasks and infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.

- Collaborate with software engineering teams to ensure new features and services are reliable and scalable.

- Perform root cause analysis and post-mortem reviews for incidents and outages.

- Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and scalability by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or a similar role.

- Prior exp of having built and managed large scale B2B SaaS or equivalent infrastructure

- Startup (0->1) and at scale(1->n) experience

- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Openstack).

- Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Go, Bash, or similar.

- Experience with configuration management and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.

- Solid understanding of networking, security, and systems architecture.

- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with database management and optimization (SQL, NoSQL).

- Knowledge of software development best practices and agile methodologies.

- Certification in relevant technologies (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional, etc.).
