We are expanding our India operations and are looking for skilled Wealth Managers to join our Gurgaon team.Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and driven Wealth Manager who can manage and grow relationships with NRI and HNI clients. The ideal candidate brings strong financial advisory expertise, an existing client book, and the ability to provide personalized investment solutions across global markets.Key Responsibilities- Identify, onboard, and manage NRI/HNI clients for wealth management and investment advisory services.- Offer personalized financial planning, portfolio management, and investment strategies aligned with client goals.- Maintain and grow AUM through consistent client engagement and advisory excellence.- Conduct detailed financial assessments to recommend products across global asset classes.- Build long-term relationships through trust, transparency, and high-quality financial guidance.- Stay updated with global market trends, investment products, and regulatory guidelines.- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless wealth management and client servicing.- Meet monthly and quarterly sales, revenue, and AUM targets.Required Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 1+ years of experience in wealth management, financial consulting, or investment advisory.- Certified Wealth/Financial Planning professional (CFP, NISM, CWM, or equivalent certification preferred).- Mandatory: Existing NRI/HNI client book.- Strong understanding of global market products, including mutual funds, bonds, structured products, insurance, and retirement planning.- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.- Ability to provide high-quality, personalized investment advice.- Goal-driven, analytical, and adept at managing complex financial portfolios.Why Join deVere Group?- Opportunity to work with a global wealth management leader.- High-earning potential with attractive commission structures.- International exposure to global investment products and advisory standards.- Growth-focused environment with strong training and development support.
