About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Client Engagement Specialist to handle our social media platforms, generate leads, engage with prospective clients, and support the firm's marketing efforts. This role requires a mix of digital marketing skills, client interaction, and sales-focused strategies to bring in more business.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

  • Manage and schedule regular Facebook and Instagram posts to attract and engage potential clients.
  • Respond to direct messages and enquiries on social media, forwarding relevant cases to the immigration adviser or lawyer as directed.
  • Assist in creating and distributing newsletters to clients and subscribers as instructed.
  • Update the blog section on the company website with relevant immigration news, insights, and success stories.
  • Create informative videos and post them on social media platforms to enhance audience engagement.

Client Engagement & Sales:

  • Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, or social media to build relationships and promote the firm's services.
  • Generate leads through innovative marketing and sales strategies.
  • Convert leads into paying clients by effectively communicating the firm's value and services.
  • Identify opportunities to expand the firm's client base and suggest creative marketing approaches.

Confidentiality & Security Responsibilities:

·        Maintain strict confidentiality of client files and cases; do not share or distribute any client information outside the business, as this can lead to legal consequences.

·        Ensure the security of social media accounts and digital platforms by safeguarding passwords and access credentials.

·        Monitor and identify potential security breaches related to the firm's online presence and take proactive measures to prevent unauthorized access.

·        Regularly update passwords and implement security best practices to protect the firm's digital assets.

·        Report any security concerns or suspicious activity to management immediately.

Job Requirements:

·        Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field

·        At least 2 year of experience in marketing, sales, or client engagement role preferred.

·        Proficiency in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, and any other digital marketing platforms).

·        Strong content creation skills (writing, graphic design, or video editing) is an advantage.

Skills & Attributes:

·        Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·        Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to generate engaging content and marketing ideas.

·        Proficiency in social media management (Facebook, Instagram) and digital marketing tools.

·        Basic graphic design and video editing skills (preferred but not essential).

·        Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn internal CRM software.

·        Sales and client engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and convert leads into clients.

·        Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and meet marketing and sales goals.
