About the Role

We at Innovaccer are looking for an Solution Architect which plays a pivotal role in guiding data strategy, platform positioning, and digital transformation vision for our customers. The Enterprise Solution Architect provides architecture frameworks andvisualsand custom solution guidance to enable the customers’ right solution. The Enterprise Solution Architect will also guide marketing on designing outreach programs and work with the product on developing the platform roadmap. Your work will focus on 4 key areas:

a) collaboration with the sales and partnership teams to define our strategy and approach to win Innovaccer’slargestand most complex deals

b) define and execute the strategies to drive exponential growth for the organization

c) collaboration with the customer success team to structure and execute our expansion strategy at existing customers, and 

d) define the solution architecture to address a customer’s need, adapting Innovaccer solutions to the client’s environment

A Day in the Life

Drive large and complex high-priority technology/platform deals. Quickly develop a solution on client's pain points,layout architecture diagrams, and map data needs and strategy; work collaboratively with the product, sales,marketing, and external partners to design solutions. Drive analytics and research, and build a pitchdeck; developBusiness cases/ROI to support deal progression/closure. Support Clinical workflow/operations (most important) and Business (second most important) conversationsfor assigned accounts. Demonstrate Innovaccer products and architecture, have discussions about Innovaccer solutions withclients. Be the technology face of Innovaccer to the customer on our most critical deals. Coordinate end-to-end what’s needed for those deals - all Content/Collateral Building - PPT's, Proposals, NurtureMaterials, etc. Take ownership of internal follow-ups associated with assigned deals. Collaborate with other Innovaccer teams such as product, implementation, delivery, and colleagues from SME to develop engaging proposals, presentations, and RFP responses

What You Need

Masters in Computer science or equivalent from a top school. Self-starters Should be able to apply critical thinking in fast-moving environments without relying ondocumented steps. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Adept at working cross-functionally to meet aggressive deadlines while maintaining professionalismandpoise. Exceptional client-facing and presentation skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Expert at presenting ideas using slides. Ability to write to, and speak with C-suite executives in a way that creates confidence and credibility - to is seen as very worthy of their time and attention. Willing to travel frequently to client sites (once work travel resume, will work from home to start with) Willing to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
