Role Overview:  

As a Graphic Designer at Blue Buddha, you will bring our brand story to life through compelling visuals. Working closely with our marketing, product, and content teams, you will create a range of assets that drive engagement and enhance our brand presence across multiple platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

- Visual Asset Creation: Conceptualize and design engaging assets including digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, packaging, and website designs.

- Brand Identity Maintenance: Ensure all designs adhere to Blue Buddha’s brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all communication channels.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the marketing and product development teams to produce creative solutions for new product launches, promotions, and campaigns.

- Responsive Design: Employ responsive design principles to create visuals for both print and digital platforms.

- Project Leadership: Oversee projects from initial concept to final production, ensuring deadlines and project requirements are met.

- Trend Awareness: Keep abreast of current design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.


Requirements:

- Professional Experience: At least 5 years of professional graphic design experience, backed by a strong portfolio displaying a wide range of creative projects.

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design tools.

- D2C Experience: Prior experience in or with direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands is a plus.

- Foundational Design Knowledge: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.

- Efficient Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

- Communication Prowess: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Attention to Detail: A passion for detail that ensures all work is carried out to the highest standard.
