Role Description Hillwoods Academy is seeking a Vice Principal for a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The Vice Principal will provide leadership in academic planning and implementation, manage day-to-day school operations, and ensure the well-being and development of students and faculty. Responsibilities include overseeing curriculum design, maintaining discipline, coordinating with parents and stakeholders, and supporting faculty development. The Vice Principal will also play a key role in implementing innovative educational strategies to uphold the academy’s standards of excellence. Qualifications Proven experience in Academic Planning, Curriculum Development, and Teacher TrainingStrong Leadership, Organizational, and Communication skillsAbility to manage Daily School Operations, Student Engagement, and Parent RelationsCompetence in Conflict Resolution, Discipline Management, and Team CoordinationEducational qualifications: Master’s degree in Education or related field (Ph.D. preferred), with C.B.S.E. school experience being a strong advantagePassionate about education and student development with a commitment to fostering innovative learning
