Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & Accounts Manager, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Finance & Accounts Manager will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Day-to-day tasks include managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, tax compliance, and financial audits. The role also involves financial analysis, developing strategies to maximize financial performance, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations and policies. Qualifications Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingExperience in managing accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and tax complianceProficiency in financial analysis and developing strategies for financial performanceKnowledge of financial regulations and policiesExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in accounting software and toolsBachelor‘s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus
