Responsibilities:

1 Monthly end closing activities and books review

2 Monthly preparation of MIS and deck for management review

3 Preparing monthly financial statements with BPC mapping

4 Reviewing the company's financial statements and ensure accuracy

5 Reviewing and timely closure of AP function

6 Manage prepaid schedule and entries in books

7 Work with CBO in preparation of monthly outlook

8 PO/RO approves on SSC portal, and discuss with team if there is any deviation

9 Quarterly Sales Incentive calculations and closure with Sales Head/HRBP

10 Preparing month-end reports for management, cash flow statements

11 Verification, approval and release of PF payments

12 Liaisoning with the Auditors, Internal and statutory.

13 Preparation of Form DPT-3 with closure of same with controlling team.

14 Cash flow for NFA's and investments in Mosaic and co-ordination with secretarial team

15 Weekly Cash flow submission for Accounts Payable

16 Preparing of Annual Operating Plan/Budget

17 Tracking, reporting, and analysing budget variances

18 Annual return filling with ROC by liaisoning

19 Preparation of financial forecasts and report variances

20 Monthly cost provisions reconciliation and entries

21 Query resolution related to finance of MMVL team

22 MMVL (TC VC) revenue calls and MIS related to revenue

23 Submission of Monthly Outlook to planning team

24 Discussion for variances in BPC and excel with controlling team
