About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in .NET (Core/MVC), React, and AWS to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable applications, managing cloud infrastructure, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET Core/MVC and frontend applications using React.js.

- Build and integrate APIs, ensuring seamless interaction between frontend and backend systems.

- Architect and implement scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems using AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.).

- Manage and optimize AWS infrastructure to ensure uptime, performance, security, and cost efficiency.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline setup, automation, and deployment workflows.

- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Skills :

- .NET (Core/MVC) : 3+ years of hands-on experience

- React.js : 3+ years of experience in building responsive front-end applications

- AWS Cloud (2+ years) :

  • EC2 - Intermediate
  • Lambda - Intermediate
  • DynamoDB - Intermediate
  • S3 - Intermediate
Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps)

- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, Microservices Architecture

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology

- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, & Benefits :- Annual Salary : 10 - 15 LPA (based on experience & expertise)
