At Hola, we envision creating a casual, relaxed, and cosy cafe & bar where people can gather and enjoy quality time with their friends or family while indulging in delicious food and drinks. Our goal is to provide a bistro-like experience, serving a carefully curated menu of limited but exceptional dishes from both Italy and India.

We are passionate about creating a space that exudes simplicity and sophistication, both in terms of the ambiance and the food we serve. We want to steer clear of overwhelming our customers with an extensive menu. Instead, our focus is on crafting the best dishes and drinks, utilizing only the finest ingredients available, and ensuring that every food & drink we serve are heavenly.

YOU

You are an energetic bartender with passion for delivering exceptional and beautiful drinks. The restaurant comprises a 80 seat space, with a big seating hall. From pastas to biryanis the food menu will be small, modern and tapas style but delicious The beers will be cold and the welcome will be warm. The wine list will be modern - Italian, Spanish and French. The cocktails will be sophisticated yet fun.

We’re looking for talented and dedicated people to join us as a Head Bartender/ Senior Bartender. You have at least 2 years minimum experience working in a similar role, and thrive in a busy bar environment. You’re obsessed about drink quality, alongside your winning smile and exceptional bar chat, you welcome guests warmly into our world, making them feel at ease and ensure they leave happy.

• Be a ‘show off’, and showcase your skills: we want to see your flair for drinks and cocktail making
• Preferably, have 2-3 years previous experience working in a bar
• Be able to make the classic cocktails without a recipe

This is a full-time, on-site position (obviously) based in Lucknow.
