Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Assistant/ Draftsmen located in Chennai. The Architectural Assistant/ Draftsmen will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, assisting with planning, and creating construction-focused documents. The role includes collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure that designs align with project specifications and requirements. Qualifications Proficiency in architectural drawings and construction drawings Strong knowledge of architecture and planning principles Attention to detail and precision in drawing preparation Excellent communication and teamwork skills Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Design, or related field preferred Experience in sustainable design practices is advantageous
