Company Description

MWind EXIM LLP is an emerging agribusiness and aquaculture export company. We are building a strong farmer network in Andhra Pradesh to improve transparency, quality, and traceability in aquaculture. As part of this, we conduct on-ground surveys to understand farmer practices, challenges, and opportunities.


Role Description

We are hiring Aquaculture Survey Technicians (Interns) to work directly with farmers in Bhimavaram and surrounding regions.

This is a field-based role (not a lab/pond maintenance role). You will be responsible for:

  • Visiting aquaculture farmers and completing structured surveys.
  • Building rapport with farmers to collect complete and accurate information, even when farmers are hesitant or skip questions.
  • Ensuring all survey questions are answered fully, based on guidelines provided.
  • Submitting data on time through mobile apps or forms.
  • Maintaining professionalism and sensitivity while interacting with farmers.
  • Supporting the team with insights gathered during surveys.

You will be trained on survey questions, farmer interaction techniques, and reporting.


Compensation & Growth Path

  • Internship: First 3 months (performance evaluation period).
  • Stipend/Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on number of surveys completed and performance).
  • Full-Time Opportunity: After internship, strong performers may be offered a full-time position with higher salary and benefits.
  • Additional salary and incentives will be discussed during the interview and after confirmation.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Any graduate/undergraduate can apply (background in aquaculture, fisheries, or agriculture is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills in Telugu (local language is essential).
  • Ability to collect accurate information from farmers with patience and persistence.
  • Comfortable with field visits in Bhimavaram and surrounding areas.
  • Basic smartphone knowledge to submit survey data.
  • Flexible, hardworking, and willing to meet targets.
