Job Title: Senior Executive - Full Stack EngineerLocation: Sector - 14, GurugramExperience: 3–5 YearsWorking Days: 5Qualifications: Any Graduate (BTech/MTech/MCA preferred)Position Overview:We are looking for a skilled Senior Executive - Full Stack Engineer with experience in the MERN stack to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of MVC, REST APIs, and databases, and be comfortable working in Agile environments with modern DevOps tools and best coding practices.Key Responsibilities:● Analytical Problem Solving: Break down complex challenges into manageable tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and enhance product features.● High-Quality Code & Mentorship: Develop clean, scalable code aligned with best practices, conduct code reviews, and guide junior engineers to ensure technical excellence.● Robust CI/CD & System Reliability: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitor application health, and swiftly resolve production issues to ensure seamless deployments.● Database Architecture & Optimization: Design efficient database schemas and write high-performance SQL queries to support scalable and responsive applications.● Technical Strategy & Innovation: Contribute to architectural planning, stay ahead of emerging technologies, and drive continuous improvements in user experience and engineering practices.Skills we seek:○ Proficient in MERN stack with 3–5 years of experience in Node.js, Express.js, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.○ Strong grasp of MVC, REST APIs, data structures, and relational databases.○ Writes clean, maintainable code with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.○ Familiar with Agile, microservices, Git, VS Code, AWS, CI/CD, and shell scripting.About HexaHealth:At HexaHealth, we are building a platform that will help users choose the right hospital/surgeon for their surgical procedure.
