We are hiring for Head of Real Estate Investments for a well established and well funded organisation in the AIF and real estate investment domain.


The organisation is embarking on an exciting journey to launch multiple new AIFs, one of which will be a Residential Real-Estate Debt Fund. We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead this fund for us. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the 0-1 journey, taking ownership and shaping the future of the fund alongside the founders.

We seek a highly experienced professional with a strong track record in the Real Estate Debt Investments. This is a leadership role, and as the Head of Real Estate Debt Fund, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end processes from deal scouting to investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fund Management: Oversee the entire AIF real estate debt fund, establishing strategic directions and investment priorities aligned with company goals.
  • Deal Origination and Structuring: Drive sourcing, structuring, and execution of investment opportunities in the residential real estate debt sector.
  • Credit Appraisal: Conduct thorough credit assessments to ensure robust investment decisions, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Transaction Management: Lead the entire investment lifecycle, including underwriting, negotiations, transaction structuring, documentation, and asset monitoring.
  • Asset Management: Ensure high-quality asset management, monitoring performance across markets, and optimizing investment returns.
  • Exit Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement successful exit strategies, managing and maximizing investor returns.
