We are on a mission to help you express what you truly feel and transform every gift into a true embodiment of those heartfelt emotions.The links of the websites for brands (IGP & Interflora) as well as for the parent company Join Ventures is given below for your referencehttps://www.interflora.in/about-usKey Responsibilities- Conceptualize, design, and develop innovative packaging solutions aligned with product requirements and consumer preferences. - Identify and evaluate packaging materials based on product specifications, cost, and sustainability goals. - Ensure packaging designs comply with safety, labelling, and environmental regulations. - Manage packaging projects via procurement from manufacturers / vendors to ensure timelines and budgets are met. - Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of packaging prototypes to maintain quality standards. - Overall Inventory Management of categories handled - Collaborate with marketing/ design teams to implement innovative packaging solutions that enhance product appeal and marketability. - Oversee inventory of packaging materials and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely procurement to support production schedules. - Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize inventory management and minimize waste. - Conduct regular inspections and audits of packaging processes and materials to identify and address any deviations or non-conformities. - Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and waste minimization within the packaging department, implementing initiatives to drive operational efficiency and sustainability. - Collect and analyse data on packaging performance metrics, such as throughput, downtime, and quality metrics, to identify trends and areas for improvement.Preferred Candidates- Bachelors Degree/Post-Graduation in Packaging - 10+ Years of Experience in Packaging design or related domain - Latest trends in Packaging materials and Packaging technology - Vendor development and audit protocols - Regulatory compliances pertaining to packaging materials - Design Thinking and Data driven approach towards problem solving - Ability to drive project through large set of stakeholders - Analytical in nature and ability to translate strategies into executionMandatory Skills- Packaging Development, Ecommerce packaging, Sustainability
