Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Associate at Brainiac IP Solutions in Pune. The Patent Associate will be responsible for tasks such as patent preparation, filing patent applications, evaluating patentability, understanding patent law, and managing intellectual property matters.


Qualifications

  • Patent Drafting, Prosecution, and Patentability skills
  • Understanding of Patent Law and Intellectual Property concepts for India, US and EP.
  • Experience in conducting patent analyses and evaluations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or a related field
