About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced AWS Cloud Architect with strong expertise in designing secure, scalable healthcare data systems. This role involves building and optimizing cloud infrastructure that powers our AI voice agents, FaxAI/RCM workflows, HealthLake pipelines, Redox integrations, and analytics systems. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on AWS experience, understands healthcare data standards (FHIR/HL7), and can independently architect, deploy, and monitor high-availability systems.You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the full cloud backbone that supports patient document ingestion, data extraction, HealthLake transformation, EHR integrations, and analytics, as seen in our architecture diagram.Key ResponsibilitiesAWS Architecture & Infrastructure- Design, deploy, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure including: - VPC, Subnets, NAT Gateways, Route Tables - IAM roles & security policies - API Gateway, S3, Lambda, Aurora, CloudWatch - Event-driven data pipelines - Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems supporting millions of patient records.AWS HealthLake & Healthcare Data- Build and manage FHIR-based ingestion pipelines into AWS HealthLake. - Work with Lambda ETL/ELT transformations for FHIR Bundles. - Implement Patient 360 views using HealthLake + analytics layers. - Ensure compliance with HIPAA-grade security standards.Integration & Interoperability- Develop integrations with platforms like Redox, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, Epic, Oracle, etc. - Manage secure data exchange via APIs, VPN, and encrypted channels.Data Engineering & Analytics- Build OLAP transformation pipelines. - Support Amazon Aurora analytical store, Athena query engines, and dashboard analytics. - Optimize S3 + Lambda + Aurora flows for performance and cost efficiency.Security, Compliance & Reliability- Implement encryption, key management, IAM least-privilege, and audit logging. - Ensure HA/DR, backups, multi-region strategies. - Maintain HIPAA-aligned infrastructure.Required Skills & Experience- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud architecture. - Proven experience in designing high-availability network infrastructures on AWS. - Strong hands-on with: - AWS HealthLake - AWS Lambda - Amazon Aurora - API Gateway - S3, VPC, IAM - CloudWatch, CloudTrail - Experience working with FHIR, HL7, EHR/EMR integrations, or healthcare systems. - Experience designing ETL/ELT data pipelines. - Strong knowledge of security best practices, HIPAA/PHI compliance, and data governance.Good to Have (Bonus)- Experience with Redox, Retell AI, Hamming AI, or similar healthcare integration engines. - Experience with OCR/PDF extraction workflow, FaxAI agents. - Understanding of analytics engines (Athena, QuickSight, Elasticsearch). - Experience in AI/ML pipelines on AWS (optional but beneficial).What We Offer- Competitive salary: ₹2–3L per month (can go higher if we meet the right fit). - Opportunity to build highly impactful healthcare AI infrastructure. - Work with cutting-edge tech: Voice AI, HealthLake, Redox, advanced automation. - Fast-paced growth environment with autonomy.
