Job Description: Manager-Consulting, Analytics.

Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Analytics Consultant to join our esteemed team.

- The ideal candidate will liaise with clients to present insights and recommendations that are both strategic and tactical.

- This role requires a keen ability to transform data into actionable insights, excellent communication skills, and the ability to narrate compelling data stories.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Liaison: Establish and maintain strong relationships with CS and/or clients, acting as the primary point of contact for analytics engagements.

- Data Analysis: Collect and analyse large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.

- Insight Generation: Convert data into actionable insights that drive strategic and tactical decisions.

- Communication: Present findings and recommendations to CS and/or clients in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.

- Presentation creation: Support in presentation creation on technically complex programs, adapting reporting styles to the needs of different clients, audiences and situations.

- Insights and Recommendation: Provide strategic and tactical recommendations to clients based on data insights.

- Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives around data insights to help clients understand complex concepts and drive action.

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and analytical techniques to continuously enhance the quality of insights provided.

- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively convey complex information to clients in a manner that is easy to understand.

- Data Storytelling: Strong ability to discern a story within the data and narrate it compellingly.

- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in converting data into actionable insights.

- Has a passion for discovering patterns in large data sets.

- Strategic Thinking: Capability to provide strategic and tactical recommendations based on data insights.

- Client-Focused: Dedication to understanding and addressing client needs and challenges.

- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

- Continuous Learner: Commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Has a Master's degree in a related field (e. , Business, Economics, Statistics).

- Proven experience in an analytics or consulting role.

- Adept in presentation and communication skills.

- Good to have: Hands-on experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL).
