Business Development Executive – Brand Partnerships (Remote | ₹5–8 LPA + Incentives)Location: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-timeWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM ESTTime Zone: Eastern Standard Time (North America)Compensation: ₹5–8 LPA base + uncapped performance-based incentivesExperience Required: 2–6 years in B2B or inside sales rolesIndustry: Events, Marketing, Advertising, or MediaAbout the CompanyMillennial Events is a North America–based entertainment company producing large-scale live events and shows across major cities in the U.S. and Canada.We work with top brands and sponsors to create unforgettable entertainment experiences that reach massive audiences.We’re now expanding our Brand Partnerships & Sponsorship Sales team and looking for energetic, ambitious, and sales-driven professionals who love building relationships, closing deals, and being part of a fast-paced, global events environment.About the RoleThis is a pure sales and communication role — not technical.You’ll be reaching out to potential brands and corporate partners who want to promote their businesses at large-scale events across North America.Your job is to connect, pitch, and close — by making high-volume outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and building long-term brand partnerships.Key Responsibilities- Reach out to potential brands, corporate clients, and marketing heads to offer sponsorship or partnership opportunities at our major events. - Make 60–70 calls per day (cold and warm outreach) to generate leads and build relationships with decision-makers. - Conduct discovery calls, pitch presentations, and follow-ups to close partnership deals. - Work with the internal events and marketing teams to customize sponsorship packages for clients. - Maintain accurate lead data, pipeline updates, and activity reports in the CRM. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Stay informed about upcoming events, sponsorship trends, and North American market dynamics. - Represent Millennial Events in a professional and persuasive manner on every call or meeting.✅ Required Qualifications- 2–6 years of proven experience in B2B or inside sales (marketing, media, events, or advertising background preferred). - Strong communication and presentation skills — fluent in English (spoken and written). - Experience making high-volume outbound calls (60+ per day Minimum) to business clients. - Demonstrated ability to close deals, meet sales targets, and manage a sales pipeline. - Highly energetic, confident, and self-motivated personality with a results-driven mindset. - Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Comfortable working remotely during North American business hours (EST).What We Offer- Competitive base salary + uncapped incentives and performance bonuses. - Opportunity to work with high-profile brands and large-scale events across the U.S. and Canada. - Fast-paced, international exposure in the entertainment and event industry. - Remote flexibility — work from anywhere. - Growth opportunities to move into senior roles in partnerships, business development, or event sales leadership.Why Join UsIf you’re an energetic, goal-oriented sales professional who loves talking to people and thrives on closing deals, this is your opportunity to work with a fun, ambitious team shaping global entertainment experiences.Be part of an international brand that values hustle, creativity, and success.Apply now and help global brands shine on North America’s biggest stages
