Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for an Immigration Consultant based in the Delhi Nehru Place office. The Consultant will be responsible for handling immigration issues and visa applications, providing consulting services, and staying up-to-date with global immigration laws.


Qualifications


  • Desired Skills and Experience: - 2 years or more of sales experience.
  • Prior experience in Immigration sales is highly recommended but NOT necessary.
  • Candidates with prior experience in Luxury selling or dealing with Business persons, HNI and Ultra HNI are also welcome to apply.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, smartly and concisely to customers.
  • Candidates with an active social media presence and its use will be preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude: Outgoing and positive with a passion for learning and growth.
  • Team skills and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Languages Known: English, Hindi, Regional Languages.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Responsible for counselling enquiries, walking in clients, and selling our services over the phone, by email, and in person.
  • Advise the overseas options available to enable the candidates and their families to make an educated choice.
  • Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration visa laws and policies.
  • Provide a fair and neutral evaluation of a candidate’s profile.
  • Please provide a personal career strategy customized to their needs.
  • Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas immigration and visa needs.
  • Meeting the assigned targets.
  • Communicating with clients and understanding their immigration requirements.
  • Keep current on all products and inform customers of new products.
