You’ll work closely with the core team on everything from campaign rollouts and influencer partnerships to content creation and special projects. If you’re someone who lives on Instagram, thinks in memes, and can Canva your way through chaos – you’ll fit right in.What You’ll Be Doing:Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social, digital, and offline touchpointsAssist in creating content for social media, emails, and other brand channelsManage influencer collaborations and help coordinate shoots, events, and brand activationsSupport on high-impact, fast-moving special projects (read: exciting and unpredictable)Track performance metrics and help optimize campaigns for reach and engagementWhat We’re Looking For:Strong design instincts – you know your way around Canva (and maybe dabble in other design tools)Social-first thinking – you get Instagram, Reels, meme culture, and trending formatsSuper organized, detail-oriented, and fast on executionComfortable multitasking across multiple projects with tight timelinesA genuine interest in personal care, wellness, and consumer brandsBonus Points If You:Have worked with D2C or lifestyle brands beforeCan shoot/edit content for socialBring fresh creative ideas to the table regularlySocial Media handles:Website - - Instagram - Contact us:Careers – career@mcaffeine.com
