Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist with 2-4 years of experience to serve as our first point of contact. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and support administrative tasks to ensure seamless workflow within the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors warmly and professionally.
- Efficiently answer, screen, and forward incoming calls.
- Manage front desk activities, including handling mail, deliveries, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, document management, and filing.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, booking conference rooms, and preparing materials.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
- Ensure security protocols are followed by registering guests and issuing visitor passes.
- Order and maintain office supplies for the front desk.
- Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail.
