IC – Life Sciences (LS)is dedicated to serving Life Sciences firms globally.What are we looking for? We are seekingdetail-oriented Business Analystswith strong domain knowledge inLaboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)and Life Sciences processes. The ideal candidate will have experience inrequirements gathering, process mapping, and functional designfor LIMS implementations, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.What do we require? Overall experience:5–10 years, with at least3+ years in LIMS-related projectsfor Life Sciences clients. Core expertise: Hands-on experience withLIMS platforms(LabWare, LabVantage, Thermo Fisher SampleManager, STARLIMS,). Strong understanding ofLife Sciences processes : R&D, Quality Control (Small molecules and large molecule) Manufacturing, Regulatory Compliance. Knowledge ofGxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and other regulatory requirements . Business Analysis Skills: Conductrequirements workshops , document user stories, and create functional specifications. Performgap analysis , process mapping, and support validation activities. Technical & Functional Skills: Familiarity withintegration pointsbetween LIMS and ERP, MES, CDS, and lab instruments. Understanding ofdata migration and validation protocols . Soft Skills: Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to engage with business and IT stakeholders effectively. Tools:Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, and requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).What will you do? At Infosys Consulting, you will: Act asBusiness Analystfor LIMS implementation projects, bridging business needs and technical solutions. Gather and documentbusiness requirements , translate them into functional specifications. Supportsolution design, testing, and validationactivities. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery. Assist intraining and change managementfor end-users. Contribute tofirm-building initiatives , including developing templates and best practices for LIMS projects.
