About the Role:

As a Solutions Manager at Elucidata, your role is to deliver on existing contracts, expand existing relationships and convert new sales opportunities. This is a techno-commercial role overseeing contract fulfilment, fostering client relationships and managing key accounts. You will work with technical owners to successfully execute on customer requirements. You will develop technical expertise so that you can act as a trusted partner to our customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure that the contract is 100% fulfilled with the highest quality and customer experience.
  • Secure renewals and identify opportunities for upsells.
  • Have a strong understanding of our technical abilities, our platform and provide inputs to both internal teams and clients.
  • Innovate on new solutions and work with commercial teams to pitch them,
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and SMEs on the team to ensure the successful execution of projects.


Qualifications:

  • Background in engineering or science from top tier schools. A Business School degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience of 5+ years in a similar customer-facing role in consulting or data analytics or product management etc.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing projects from conception to completion, including coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring project milestones are met.
  • A strong commitment to understanding customer needs. Proven experience in client collaboration, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.
  • A strong understanding of cloud, biomedical data, life-sciences and/or ML.
