Job Title: Senior Analyst – Fundraising & Process ManagementLocation: Roofsol Mumbai Head OfficeExperience: 3–6 yearsDepartment: Corporate Finance / Strategy / Investor RelationsRole SummaryThe Senior Analyst will support the company’s fundraising efforts (equity, debt, project finance), financial modelling, investor engagement, and internal process management. The role involves working closely with senior management, lenders, investors, and internal EPC/operations teams to ensure smooth financial execution of solar EPC projects and company-level growth initiatives.“Our company is preparing for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) targeted for mid-2027. We are currently strengthening our financial systems, governance frameworks, and operational processes to ensure a successful listing.”Key Responsibilities1. Fundraising & Financial Strategy·Support in identifying and evaluating funding options—equity, debt, project finance, working capital lines, and vendor financing.·Prepare investment decks, teasers, IMs, and financial presentations for investors and banks.·Coordinate due diligence processes (technical, financial, legal).·Maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, PE investors, and strategic partners.2. Financial Modelling & Analysis·Build and maintain detailed financial models for EPC business, long-term revenue planning, and project profitability.·Analyze company performance, cashflow gaps, CAPEX/OPEX, and working capital requirements.·Provide scenario analysis, valuation support, and return metrics (IRR, NPV, payback).·Prepare management dashboards, KPIs, MIS reports, and funding requirement forecasts.3. Process Management & Cross-functional Coordination·Create standardized processes for financial workflows, documentation, and reporting.·Liaise with procurement, project execution, tendering, and billing teams to gather data for financing purposes.·Track project cashflows, milestone payments, receivables, and bank covenants.·Ensure compliance with financial policies, audit norms, and lender requirements.4. Documentation & Compliance·Prepare and maintain documentation for loan applications, sanction notes, disbursement requests, and covenants.·Oversee agreements such as term sheets, loan agreements, guarantees, escrow structures, etc.·Manage compliance with regulatory and financial reporting standards as required by lenders/investors.5. Market Research & Strategy Support·Track market trends in renewable financing, interest rate movements, and relevant regulatory changes.·Benchmark EPC financing structures and assist in developing competitive financial strategies.·Prepare strategic inputs for management regarding expansion, partnerships, and capital planning.Skills & Competencies Required·Strong understanding of financial modelling, valuation, and corporate finance.·Knowledge of solar EPC business, project structures, and cashflow cycles (preferred).·Excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.·Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills.·Ability to coordinate with multi-functional teams and external stakeholders.·Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.Qualifications·MBA in Finance, CA or equivalent financial degree.·Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure finance, corporate finance, or investment banking is preferred.Preferred Background·Worked in solar EPC, renewable energy firms, NBFCs, banks, PE firms, or infra finance roles.·Exposure to project finance, due diligence, and investor relations.About Roofsol Energy:-Roofsol Energy Pvt.
