Role Overview
We're looking for a Network & Systems Engineer with strong technical expertise in networking and Linux systems. In this role, you'll ensure infrastructure reliability, manage complex data center environments, and support mission-critical operations across our global network.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and resolve critical network incidents
- Plan, execute, and maintain data center installations and upgrades
- Provide expert-level technical support for customer networking issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to internal knowledge repositories
Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in data center or ISP environments
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and routing (BGP, OSPF, etc.)
- Proficient in managing and configuring network hardware (routers, switches, servers)
- Expert-level Linux system administration and shell scripting skills
- Excellent communication—clear, concise, and confident in both technical and non-technical settings
Preferred Qualifications
- Practical experience with LAN/WAN infrastructure
- Familiarity with VoIP technologies (SIP, RTP, QoS, COS)
- Strong problem-solving approach with a customer-first mindset
