If you have a proven track record of stability, ownership, and technical excellence, we want to hear from you.Your Core Responsibilities :- End-to-End Development : Architect, develop, and sustain robust, scalable applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET/MVC, and SQL Server.- API & Frontend Integration : Design and implement secure, scalable RESTful APIs and integrate them seamlessly with modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular.- Advanced Problem-Solving : Take ownership of diagnosing and resolving complex technical challenges across the entire application stack.- AI-Powered Development : Champion development efficiency by integrating AI-powered tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for code generation, refactoring, and documentation.- Cloud Deployment : Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS experience is highly valued).- Code Quality & Collaboration : Write clean, high-quality, and well-documented code while actively participating in peer code reviews and mentoring junior developers to maintain high team standards.What We're Looking For :- Technical Expertise : 4- 7 years of professional experience developing full-stack solutions within the .NET ecosystem.- Problem-Solving Acumen : Exceptional analytical and debugging skills, with a talent for navigating complex technical hurdles and explaining your solutions.- API Proficiency : Proven ability to build and consume RESTful web services.- Modern Workflows : Proficiency with version control (Git) and a solid understanding of CI/CD principles.- AI in Practice : Demonstrable experience using AI development assistants (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) in a professional capacity.- Professional Attributes : A history of reliability and growth in previous roles, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to connect technical work to business outcomes.
