Minfy Tech is seeking a talented and experienced .Net Lead Developer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad.

As a .Net Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining .Net applications.

You will play a key role in architecting solutions, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of projects.

Responsibilities : .

- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of .Net applications.

- Architect scalable and efficient solutions that meet business requirements.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.

- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in .Net development.

Skills and Qualifications : .

- 6-10 years of experience in .Net development.

- Proficiency in .Net and C# programming languages.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

- Experience with ASP.Net, MVC, and Web API development.

- Knowledge of SQL Server or other relational databases.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
