Job TitlePersonal Trainer✅ Role Summary The Personal Trainer will design and deliver customized, safe, and effective fitness programs for clients (individuals or small groups) of varying fitness levels. They will guide clients during workouts, monitor progress, provide nutrition/lifestyle guidance (within scope), and maintain a professional environment that supports client goals and retention.Key Responsibilities Conduct fitness assessments and health screenings for new clients to establish baseline fitness and identify any limitations. ( Wikipedia ) Design personalized exercise plans based on client goals, fitness level, preferences, and any special conditions (injury history, rehab, weight loss, strength training, posture correction, etc.). ( OriGym Centre of Excellence ) Lead one-on-one or small-group training sessions (40–60 min or as per gym schedule), demonstrating proper exercise techniques, correcting form, counting sets/reps, ensuring safety, and motivating clients. ( OriGym Centre of Excellence ) Monitor and track client progress: record sessions, track improvements, adjust programs as needed, and conduct periodic reassessments (e.g. every 4–6 weeks). ( ) Provide guidance on overall wellness, including basic nutrition and lifestyle advice (as permitted), and encourage healthy habits to support fitness goals. ( Himalayas ) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workout environment; ensure proper usage and maintenance of gym equipment.
