At Closer, we partner with some of the most exciting brands in the Skincare, Wellness & Fitness space, helping them grow through Influencer Marketing & UGC Ads . As we continue to scale, we’re looking to expand our editing team with a bunch of creative and detail-oriented Video Editors to join our team and bring stories to life. Experience: 1–2 years in video editing (agency or brand experience preferred) About the Role As a Video Editor, you’ll craft engaging edits for UGC ads and influencer-led campaigns that don’t just look good — they perform. From raw creator content to polished ad-ready videos, your edits will play a key role in shaping campaigns that drive conversions. What You’ll Do Edit UGC & influencer videos into high-performing ads for brands Create multiple ad variations optimized for Instagram Collaborate with the creative & servicing teams to understand brand objectives Add Graphics, stocks, text overlays, transitions, and effects to boost storytelling & engagement Repurpose influencer content into campaign-ready formats (ads, reels, shorts, etc.) Stay on top of content & editing trends in the influencer/UGC space What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in video editing (Premiere Pro/Final Cut/After Effects) Strong understanding of short-form video content & social-first storytelling Ability to adapt editing style across different brands & categories Creative eye for pacing, transitions, and attention-grabbing hooks Proactive, deadline-driven, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment Location 📍 Connaught Place, Delhi (on-site)⏱ Immediate Joining Preferred Why Join Us?
